Submission

1. All the files required need to be submitted as compressed files in .ZIP format.

2. Structure of submission files (Items marked with * are optional for submission):

2.1. Project source code: include all project files, ensuring that multiple projects are stored in separate, clearly named folders. Remove unnecessary or duplicate files from the project directory. Provide an "Engineering Source Code Directory Description" Excel file within the source code folder, documenting the structure of the source files.

   2.2. Data

2.2.1. Includes all necessary data for system operation, such as spatial data, file-based data sources, and workspace files. If the data is stored in a database, provide an importable database file.

2.2.2. Include a "Data Description Document" in Excel format, detailing the contents of the data folder.

2.2.3. If any sensitive data cannot be fully provided or is included but restricted from public access, clearly specify these limitations in the "Data Description Document". Submit a test dataset as a substitute for confidential data.

   2.3. Installation Files

2.3.1. Provide the APK file or other executable files for Mobile/Server (M/S) applications. Specify the compatible testing device models and operating system versions. Ensure that the embedded license in the APK remains valid for at least two months after submission.

2.3.2. If the M/S application is published in an app marketplace, include a "Download Link.txt" file containing the app download link.

2.3.3. Provide the executable program or installation package for Client/Server (C/S) applications.

2.3.4. For the browser/Server (B/S) applications, if the system only requires deployment of the project source code, do not duplicate files in this folder.

2.3.5. If third-party plugins are used, provide their installation packages.

   2.4. Project Documentation

2.4.1. System Overview: a DOC-format document covering system background, system requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and summary, and key technologies used.

2.4.2. System Installation & Deployment Guide: a DOC-format document detailing required software and hardware environment, and step-by-step deployment instructions.

2.5. Instructor's Evaluation Report*:   a DOC-format document, concise and clear, with a length of 200-500 words.

2.6. Screen shots: Provide at least three high-quality screenshots highlighting key functionalities or system UI design.

   2.7. Demonstration Video

2.7.1. Demonstration video: an MP4-format video that comprehensively showcases project significance, key features, core technologies used, and a complete and realistic demonstration of all system functions.

2.7.2. Presentation slides: the PPT file used in the demonstration video.
